Dr. Paul King works with local churches and ministries to establish their own Bible institute in joint relationship with Oral Roberts University. ORU has established the Certificate and Diploma Bible Institute Program to complement the educational ministries of the local church for the equipping of the saints for ministry.

·        short-term 19 Credit Theological Certificates

·        Advanced Certificate of Theology (33 credits)

·        Diploma of Theological Studies (66 credits).

Certificate and Diploma programs are conducted at the local church with academic and administrative support from the University. ORU provides the curriculum and the local church provides the instructors.

Students in the Diploma program can receive advanced standing in ORU's degree programs through the Prior Learning Assessment Portfolio, through test-out, or through course-by- course evaluation.

·        Christian Care & Counseling

·        Christian Education

Dr. King consults with churches, giving workshops on Establishing Bible Institutes, conducting site visits, and teaching seminar courses on Ministry and Leadership Development and other topics.
